Cons:
- We have noticed it very often that when cash is debited or credited in the account we don’t receive notification from the bank via SMS.
AXIS Bank.
Pros:
- The payments are done faster and with no delay.
- Customer support is lot better when we compare it to State Bank of India.
Cons:
- While making online transactions we don’t receive OTP (one time password) in time.
- We don’t get offers or cashback often with Axis bank.
